I wrote a post back in March about how, in this day of electronic communication and "cut and paste" technology I still receive requests to "send me everything you have". I guess I failed to express myself well. So, I thought I'd send examples of the FULL text of several emails I've received since then. Friends, unless you send me or any other researcher some identifying information, none of us can help you! If you're not receiving responses to your requests for help, perhaps this is why.
