Motivated by a current eBAY auction listing for a photo of George L. Waite at the home of Charles Waite of Union Grove, WI, I am posting two generations of the line of Reuben Morehouse Waite of Shoreham, Addison, VT. Reuben's son Charles Conant had, among other children, George L. Waite and Charles C. Waite who both relocated to Racine Co., WI. I suspect that the photo currently being auctioned is of George L. Waite s/o Charles Conant Waite gs/o Reuben Morehouse Waite and Anna Barnum. These Waite men are direct descendants of Thomas Waite of Portsmouth, RI. Hope this photo finds a home with a family member!
